Vitamin E is a vitamin for both women and men! It is a powerful antioxidant that reduces oxidation, especially on cell membranes. The preparation contains all forms of vitamin E; alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherol and alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocotrienol.
