ActiveZyme is an enzyme preparation whose enzymes break down food proteins, fats and carbohydrates into a better absorbed form. ActiveZyme specifically breaks down cereal gluten, milk protein and lactose, but also other foods that cause hypersensitivity.
BioBlend-labeled enzymes are especially balanced mixtures that retain their activity throughout the digestive tract.
