Viridia's vitamin D drops contain 50 µg of vegan vitamin D3 in a daily dose. The product colecalciferol (vitamin D3) is derived from lichen. Pleasant orange flavor!

During the summer, vitamin D is formed on the skin under the influence of sunlight, but during the winter months, the vitamin D content decreases rapidly. The essential vitamin D should be ingested as a dietary supplement, especially during the dark winter months - and in many cases its use is recommended throughout the year. Good sources of vitamin D in the diet are fish such as salmon, pike, herring and whitefish.

Vitamin D is necessary for resistance, calcium absorption, bone, teeth, muscles, and cell division.

The daily dose (0.5ml) contains:
50µg of vitamin D.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, orange oil, colecalciferol (from lichen)
