Omega contains fatty acids from all four major groups of omega fatty acids. They are all equally important for growth, development and normal functioning of the body. The oils contained in giant hellebore, flaxseed, sea buckthorn, fish and currant seed naturally cover the intake of both omega-3 and 6, 7 and 9 fatty acids in a balanced manner. The intake ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in the product is ideal 1: 3.5. The product also contains important vitamins D and E, which are often low in food.
