Finnish, traditionally prepared birch ash extract

Contents: The ash contained in the product has been obtained by burning birch grown and peeled in the pure nature of Kainuu. The resulting ash is boiled and the resulting solution is filtered. The product contains a lot of minerals and trace elements necessary for the body - e.g. potassium, magnesium and zinc.

Use:

• Birch ash extract is very alkaline (ph 11) and must be diluted before use.
• For daily use, mix 1 tablespoon of extract with a liter of water. Enjoy up to a liter per day.
• For curative use, dispense 2 tablespoons of the extract into a glass of water or juice. Enjoy up to 2 times a day.
• Enjoy half an hour before a meal or two hours after a meal.
• After a two-week course, take a 2-6 week break.

Note! Keep out of reach of children! Birch ash extract is very alkaline, if you get an undiluted solution on your eyes, skin or clothes, rinse with plenty of water. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women.

Birch ash extract is a dietary supplement that increases energy, promotes the body's natural resistance. It is not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
