Rosemary essential oil

Rosemary essential oil has a strong, fresh, mint-like herbal scent. Rosemary oil warms and helps to relax the muscles. Note that rosemary may raise blood pressure when used in large quantities. Rosemary is not recommended for people with epilepsy.

Rosemary essential oil is steam distilled from the fresh flowering tops of the plant.

Originating in the Mediterranean region, rosemary is one of the first plants used in cooking, traditional medicine and magic. The name comes from the Latin word Rosmarinus, meaning rose of the sea.

You can use essential oils, for example, to make body oil. According to your preference, add a few drops of essential oil to a tablespoon (about 15 ml) of neutral skin care oil. For example, jojoba oil is well suited as an oil. Essential oil is also suitable for creating an atmosphere, for example in a scented lantern.
