Ubiquinone is a fat-soluble vitamin-like substance and is found naturally in every cell in the body, it helps mitochondria produce energy for the needs of cells and the whole body.
Ubiquinone is most abundant in those organs where energy needs are greatest; in the heart, liver, brain and muscles.
Contains: Sunflower oil, ubiquinone, silica, gelatin (gelatin, capsule shell), humectant (glycerol), color (black iron oxide).

The daily dose of 1-2 capsules per day contains 150-300 mg of ubiquinone.
