According to a July 2020 study, the Copper inside mask reduces the ability of the SARS-CoV-2 virus to infect (or infect potency) by more than 99.9% within 1 minute of contact. The assays for the study were performed by TCID50 and PCR analyzes to determine the concentration of infectious viruses. * The Copper Inside copper mask has three layers, the inner and outer layers are treated with copper oxide.

A small amount of copper particles are mixed into the mask, which produces a peach color. The fabric is otherwise identical to a “regular” surgical mask (Class IIR Mouthguard) and provides protection in accordance with US and EU regulations (IIR / EN14683). The mask is comfortable to wear. The mask is hygienic thanks to copper. The bacterial and viral properties of copper do not deteriorate over time.
