delivery methods

The AITOteekki.fi online store delivers items using both Posti's and Matkahuolto's services. Packages are delivered to the nearest Posti / Matkahuolto pick-up point or parcel machine. If you want delivery to a specific pick-up location, please notify us by e-mail at info (at) aitoteekki.fi in connection with your order. Please note that the collection point of the package may change, for example, if the vending machine is full at the time of arrival. If you want to pick up the products directly from our nearest store, you can see the pick-up point options at checkout in the “details” section. The pick-up package includes free delivery costs.


The valid price of the product is stated in our online store. Prices are in Euro. AITOteekki.fi online store reserves the right to change prices. Prices include valid VAT.

Delivery costs via Posti or Matkahuolto 6.90 euros. Our offices in Pori and Rauma also use the Local Delivery Service at a distance of about 20 km from the office, at a price of 4.90 euros. Local delivery means delivery to the place you want, such as your door. You can provide more detailed delivery instructions when ordering, if local delivery to your address is possible. Pickup from the store is free.

Delivery time

The aim is to send orders as soon as possible, no later than during the working day following the order. If any of the products you have ordered have run out, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you wish, we will deliver the order in its entirety as soon as we receive the missing product in our stock. If a product has run out so far or the supplier has a long delivery interruption, the order can be delivered in parts if the delivery time threatens to be unreasonable.

Return or exchange

Your purchases have a 14-day exchange and return right under the Consumer Protection Act for unopened, unused and salable products. According to the law, exceptions include e.g. custom-made products and hygiene products.
If you want to return your purchase or part of it, take the package to Posti or Matkahuolto's customer service point. A delivery fee will be charged for the return according to the supplier's current price list. Keep a customer return contact card for package tracking. We will notify you by email of any customer returns we have received. If you have not received an acknowledgment within a week of the return, please contact our customer service by e-mail info (at) aitoteekki.fi.

If the shipment is damaged in delivery, do not redeem the package. Make a written report of damage to Posti staff immediately.

If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, please contact our customer service by e-mail info (at) aitoteekki.fi. Also attach an image to the e-mail. product, it will be determined whether the purchase will be canceled for it or whether we will supply a replacement product.

NB! Non-retrievable package is not a customer return: Natural Line Oy / AITOteekki reserves the right to charge the costs of returning the package, the delivery fee and the actual handling costs, at least 15 euros, including VAT.


Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the provider of the payment intermediation service and the payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

Collector Invoice / Installment

Flexibility and freedom of choice - pay at once or in installments, at the pace you choose

An invoice and account credit will give you more time to pay for your ecommerce purchases. Using them, you can wait for your order to arrive in peace before paying it. You can make a payment either with a single invoice or, in smaller installments, with an overdraft, allowing you to make the amount that works best for you each month and spread the payment over a maximum of 36 months.

Free payment time on the invoice - safe and easy transactions

With the invoice, you always get 45 days interest-free payment period for your e-commerce purchases. The long payment period allows you time to review your purchase and, if necessary, return it before the invoice is due.

To take advantage of the payment period, you need a positive credit decision, which is easy to apply for at the time of purchase. You can apply for it if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal identity number and a permanent, official home address in Finland. Your credit information is also checked from Bisnode Finland Oy's register.

The payment method can be used for purchases up to € 5,000.

Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase, you will receive an invoice for your purchase in your email. If you want to pay the invoice in smaller parts and with a payment period that suits you better (1-36 months), you must enter into a credit agreement with Collector Bank for a continuous credit by logging in to My Pages at oma.collector.fi. Upon signing the credit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit that is available for subsequent purchases in accordance with the credit terms.

When you have a valid credit agreement, you will only have to pay the minimum amount stated on the invoice you received by the due date, but you can also pay a higher amount if you wish. You will then be emailed a monthly invoice until your credit is fully paid. If you wish, you can also reduce your credit in installments greater than the minimum amount stated on your invoice.

Credit costs and credit example: In the AITOteekki.fi online store, campaign conditions are applied, according to which the interest rate on the overdraft is 19.2% expressed as a nominal annual interest rate and the monthly fee is € 2.95 per month. If the granted credit limit is € 1,000 and it has been used in its entirety for purchases made from the AITOteekki.fi online store and the credit is repaid within 36 months, the applicable promotional terms have an annual interest rate of 28.5%, a total credit cost of € 402, a total of € 1,402 and 36 pcs. Late payments will be subject to statutory reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the delayed period.
