Ingredients: D-mannose (derived from birch), cranberry extract, lingonberry extract (contains corn), grape seed extract, bamboo extract, black pepper extract, ascorbic acid, zinc citrate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell).
Dosage: Two capsules a day for 15 min. before breakfast or as instructed by an expert.
