Magnesium is a mineral that promotes e.g. normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system and keeping the bones normal. The problem has been that up to 70 percent of traditional magnesium cannot be properly absorbed from the small intestine. Indeed, the unique manufacturing method of Aito Magnesium was developed specifically to allow for better absorption of the mineral and the best possible bioavailability. Indeed, several studies have shown that the methods utilized in this technology are effective in improving solubility, dissolution, absorption, and bioavailability. 

An additional advantage of the manufacturing process is that it allows magnesium to pass microencapsulated along the gastrointestinal tract. In this case, the mineral itself is protected by a microscopically small protective film. Microencapsulation also makes the use of the food supplement pleasant for most sensitive stomachs - without side effects. In addition, microencapsulation ensures the transport of the mineral to the small intestine, so that the presence of other nutrients does not adversely affect absorption. Thanks to the method, the absorption is faster and up to 20% more efficient than the magnesium form previously considered to be the best absorber.
