Active ingredients in one (1) capsule:

collagen protein	300mg
vitamin C	160mg
Manganese	2mg

Ingredients: Fortigel® B collagen (bovine), ascorbic acid, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), manganese bisglycinate, anti-caking agents (silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids)

Manual: 1-2 capsules in the evening. Since the cartilage tissue is 70% water, you should drink enough fluids in addition to using ArhroQ. Optimal operation requires movement of the joints. It is recommended to use with ArthroQ Seralgin preparation the first three (3) months.

If you are not satisfied with the results after three (3) months of regular use, it is recommended that you consult an authorized physiotherapist for the Joints Fitness treatment method.
