The importance of non-essential amino acids is considerably less, with the exception of L-glutamine, which is one of the most important amino acids in the body. Ingredients: L-leucine, L-glutamine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-threonine, L-histidine and L-tryptophan.

Use: 10-20g (about 4-8 measuring spoons; included in a jar) per day. A single dose of 5-10g before and after exercise as well as during exercise
