Chromium affects blood glucose levels by balancing e.g. hunger and cravings, which is why it is used as a dietary supplement to control cravings. Viridia's strong GTF chromium (Glucose Tolerance Factor) also contains alpha-lipoic acid and zinc.

Ingredients: Green blend (alfalfa, spirulina and blueberry extract), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), alpha-lipoic acid, zinc picolinate, chromium picolinate.

Dosage: 1 capsule daily with meals. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
